Thank you for shopping with codeJest. We create made-to-order print-on-demand apparel inspired by the world of computing and coding. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or preference.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives with a printing error, defect, or damage, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@codejest.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and the defect

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund. Please specify your preference.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, email us within 14 days. We will correct the mistake at no cost to you.

Returns for Non-Faulty Items

Because all products are created on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Change of mind

• Unwanted gift

• Preference issues

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for verified quality issues or fulfillment errors. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter production. Because production often begins quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation availability. Please email us as soon as possible if you need help.
